Busy~~~

Recently, it has been a busy time. Lots of presentations and reports needed to be done. It really some how drives me crazy to a certain degree. It is really fucking tired. But after all the tasks are done, there will be a series of holidays for me to take a small rest and also give me time to visit my friends and family. Looking forward to it!!!!

The world didn't end

After the so-called the day of the world end, nothing really happened. However, before it happened, lots of people were convinced by some sort of Maya prediction and believed that on two in the afternoon 12/21 the world would end. Many crazy news were reported on the Internet such as in China a husband spent all of his family's saving in order not to carry money after the end of the world. But when it turned out nothing, his saving also been spent, nothing left. I'm not kidding, it's a true story. What  I want to tell is that the power of Internet is beyond our reach and it's unimaginable. The world didn't end yet. Hope everyone can still enjoy his or her life~~~

The roller coaster-liked weather

Last weekend, when I was about to go out, just as I started my scooter, it began to rain. I was thinking what the hell was going on. What's worse, it didn't just happened once but three times. Damn it!! Am I really that damn lucky?? In the night, it is really windy, the temperature suddenly drop low. I sometimes feel the sun is a lie, the weather forecast is also a lie. Indeed, nature is something we can't predict. Hope that I won't get sick.

After the exam

Finally, everything finished. After the exam, I feel a kind of relief. The way of taking tests is really different from high school. Essays everytime. It really somehow drives me crazy. It's really a huge challenge since writing is my weakness. Hope that I can get better and better.

my first mid-term in college

Time flies, just a blink of eye comes the mid-term. It's the very first one in college and it's like a nightmare for me since I didn't pay to much attention to my schoolwork after I entered the college. It's true that I have to pay the price for it. But I hope that I can conquer the mid-term without running any risk of getting flunked. Because of the mid-term, I have some chances to study in the school library and I find that it's really beautiful when sitting on the window side to view the sky. It somehow has a magic of making people forget about all the stress even if the mid-term is getting closer and closer when seeing the sky. Hope that I can do well on mid-term, fighting!!!!

The most famous holiday in my hometown

Well, I think the most famous holiday in my hometown is Chinese new year. It's very important that it might be the only time in an year for a whole family to get together and have a nice meal with everybody. It's also a time that kids can have the chance to get red envelopes and that all the family members get together staying up late to play mahjong or talking the life of the past one year.
I personally love this holiday which my grandma cooks delicious meals every time for everybody. It's really a happy and precious moment to see all my relative still being healthy every year when I go back to my grandma's house and I 'm also very excited to see my grandma still being energetic even though she has already 80 something. It's a happy moment for families to get together and I have no exception. It's really a joyful holiday.

contest!!!!

We have cheer leading and choir contest both on this week. I'm quite exciting because we had already practiced for many times and it's time for us to get on a real performance. Choir contest comes first which is held on Wednesday evening in the school auditorium while cheer leading contest is held on Friday afternoon. I also learn that people who participate in cheer leading contest have to wear heavy make up on Friday. I 'm looking forward to both contest and I hope that everything can go smoothly.

little hardship

Last week, when I was in oral training class, a Korean girl did her presentation which her topic is "education"  and her first question was "why do you study DFLL??". At the moment, I thought to myself, "what was the real purpose that for me to enter this department??" . The main reason was that I failed to study business school and that foreign languages and literature became the last choice or else I might have no idea for what I  really want to study for college. Though I had no regret for making this choice, I still want to make some differences. Such as double major or have a minor for the rest college life. Because I really don't like literature. Sometimes I think all those are bullshit. I don't really care about what the hell a famous author's masterpiece is talking about.Since I got into this department, the main goal for me is to improve my English skills. I know that having a minor or even a double major is a hard road, but if I really ever have a shot, I'ma give it a chance.

A recent trip

I still remembered the time when I went to India with both my parents. The reason I wanted to go to India as the destination of my trip was that I wanted to experience a different kind of culture. The time I been there was the raining season in India and everything became very inconvenient. But that didn't screw my mood of being a visitor to explore this beautiful country. The whole trip went smoothly. I visited some famous place such as castles where ancient Indian royal used to live, some famous Hindu temples. However the most regrettable thing for me was that I didn't really go to Taj Mahal but just passed it by. The price for visiting was really expensive for foreigners. The food there was really spicy, everything had a strong taste. People there were really nice and friendly. Whole trip was unforgettable for me and I hope that I can go there again another day.

the observation in the college

It's a fortune for me to enter NCHU to study foreign language and literature. It has been almost three weeks since I came here. The first thing I discovered is that the campus is very huge and that the whole environment is very pleasant. Being a college student, it's important for me to manage my time well and also I must have self-discipline so that I could take care of myself independently without any worry.

Living in the dorm is another challenge, it's a time to meet other new people, who will be living with for a whole semester. It's important to get along with roommates so that they will lend a hand if you are in need. I'm just still a freshman. The road is still very long. Hope to discover more and more interesting in the coming few years in the college.
